Terms, shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping

Cushions in stock ship the next working day when you order before 4 pm. United Kingdom: €22.95 per order, tracked, 4 to 6 working days. Orders are shipped from the Netherlands; UK import VAT and any customs handling fee are charged by the carrier on delivery and are not included in our prices. Netherlands: €4.95, free from €120. Belgium, Germany and France: €9.95, free from €150. Made-to-measure cushions and less common colours take 5 to 8 working days.

Returns

You can return a standard cushion within 30 days, free of charge and without giving a reason. Email us with your order number and we send a return label. Made-to-measure items are excluded from returns, as they are produced for you.

Warranty

Sunbrella® gives a 5-year factory warranty on the fabric against fading, weathering and loss of strength. We cover the stitching and the zip for the same period. Normal wear, stains and damage from sharp objects are not covered.

Prices and payment

All prices include VAT and the filling. Payment is made in the order process; the shop opens for orders once the payment system is live. Until then you can email us for a quote.

Not happy about something? Email info@waterproofoutdoorcushions.com and we will come back to you within one working day. Dutch consumer law applies.
