Which details do we collect?

When you contact us we receive your name, email address, order number (if you give one) and your message. When you order, we receive the name, address and payment details needed to deliver and invoice the order.

What do we use them for?

• Replying to your question or request for fabric swatches.
• Delivering your order and sending the invoice and shipping confirmation.
• Meeting our legal bookkeeping obligations (7 years).

Who do we share them with?

Only the parties needed to fulfil your order: the carrier and the payment provider. We never sell your details or use them for advertising by third parties.

Cookies

This website stores one item in your browser: the number of cushions in your basket (local storage, never sent to us). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies and we do not load third-party analytics scripts. If that changes, this page will say so first and you will be asked for consent.
